How It Works
Step 1: Sign Up (5-10 minutes)
Fill out our volunteer form online, call us, or send an email. Tell us about yourself, your availability, and how you’d like to help.
Step 2: Training (1-2 hours)
We’ll provide orientation training to help you feel prepared. This ensures everyone’s comfort and helps you feel confident.

Step 3: Get Matched (1-2 weeks)
We’ll connect you with a participant near you whose needs align with what you want to offer.

Step 4: Make First Contact
Reach out to your participant to introduce yourself and set up your first visit or call.

Start providing regular support based on what you agreed on. Over time, watch how your connection grows into something meaningful.
